MIX 1-1/2 cups of crumbles with 3/4 cup hot water

USE in your favorite recipe to replace one pound of cooked ground meat
If your recipe calls for browning the meat, add 1 TBSP of vegetable oil to a skillet and sauté crumbles on medium-high heat for 2 min. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Prepared product may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
