INGREDIENTS: TEXTURIZED PEA PROTEIN
PROCESSED IN A FACILITY THAT PROCESSES MILK, EGGS, TREE NUTS, WHEAT AND SOY.
Step 1: Rehydrate 2 parts Plant-based Protein Crumbles with 1 part hot water (see back of bag for specific measurements).
Step 2: Wait 5 minutes.
Step 3: Use in your favorite recipes to replace ground meat.
Chef Tip: Add 1 tablespoon of oil to skillet and "brown" rehydrated crumbles on medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
