INGREDIENTS: TEXTURIZED PEA PROTEIN
SEASONING PACKET INGREDIENTS: TACO SEASONING (SPICES, SEA SALT, CANE SUGAR, ONION**, GARLIC**, RED BELL PEPPER**, VEGETABLE BROTH POWDER [YEAST EXTRACT, SALT, ONION POWDER, SUGAR, CANOLA OIL, NATURAL FLAVORS, MUSHROOM POWDER, CELERY SEED POWDER, GINGER POWDER, WHITE PEPPER, TOMATO POWDER], PAPRIKA, SMOKED PAPRIKA). **DEHYDRATED
PROCESSED IN A FACILITY THAT PROCESSES MILK, EGGS, TREE NUTS, WHEAT AND SOY.
Step 1: Rehydrate 2 parts Plant-based Protein Crumbles with 1 part hot water (see back of bag for specific measurements).
Step 2: Stir in seasoning and wait 5 minutes.
Step 3: Use in your favorite recipes to replace ground meat.
Chef Tip: Add 1 tablespoon of oil to skillet and "brown" rehydrated crumbles on medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
