INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large glasses or standard mason jars
  • 2 Tbsp. butter (plant-based or regular)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ cup Original bread(less) crumbs
  • 4 cups yogurt, use about 1 cup per jar (plant-based or regular) 
  • 2 cups granola, use about ½ cup per jar (of your choice, or try our high protein granola recipe)
  • About 2 cups seasonal berries of choice (we like blueberries, blackberries and strawberries)

INSTRUCTIONS

    • Melt the butter in a microwave or a small saucepan on medium heat.
    • Combine breadcrumbs, sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. 
    • Pour melted butter over breadcrumbs mixture and stir until well combined. 
    • Combine breadcrumb mixture and granola.
    • Add a heaping scoop or two of yogurt into the bottom of each glass.
    •  Add a layer of granola mixture and a sprinkle of berries on top of the yogurt. 
    • Continue adding layers of yogurt and berries and granola. Repeat until your glass is full and enjoy!
